What is it, in one sentence?

Your own record of the work you flag, with a check against the stub. The shop keeps a record of what you did. This one is yours.

Is it free?

Yes, during the beta, and the next round of the beta too. Pricing will be announced on the Pricing page before anything changes. Your data is downloadable free, always.

Do I need an account?

No. Guest mode logs ROs, runs timers, keeps your op codes and history, all on your phone, no account. It stays on that one phone or browser, so clear the browser and it's gone. Make a free account to keep it; your guest ROs come with you when you sign up. Guest mode can't scan tickets or check a pay period.

Can my shop or my boss see my numbers?

No. Your ROs, hours and pay are in your account and only you can see them. The one thing that ever leaves your account is True Time, and only if it's on. It shares the op code, the vehicle, and the book and timed hours on a job, never your name, shop, RO numbers, customer info or exact dates. It's on by default for accounts created on or after October 1, 2026, and turning it off deletes what you've shared.

Does it work on my phone?

It's built for your phone first. Open it in Safari or Chrome and add it to your home screen; after that it opens like an app. Works on a computer too.

Can I take a picture of the RO instead of typing?

Yes. Scan RO reads the RO number, vehicle and any of your op codes off the ticket; you check it before you save. The photo is sent to an AI model to be read, so it needs an account and a signal. You get a set number of scans a day (ten on a standard account), and typing works the same when you run out.

What if my shop's op codes aren't in there?

You build your own library as you go: code, description, book hours. Add one the first time you see it and it's a search from then on.

How do I check my paycheck?

Open Pay Period, pick the period, and type the flag hours the stub paid. The app shows the short and lists which ROs are missing. The dispute pack prints that list.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. Settings, Backup, Download backup. One file with everything you've logged. Keep a copy somewhere that isn't your phone.
